| 摘 要： | 通过构建创意产业集群创新网络模型,提出我国创意产业集群创新能力评价指标体系,利用熵值法得到各指标的权重,并应用线性加权法和TOPSIS方法对各网络要素创新水平和总体创新能力进行综合评价,针对评价结果提出我国创意产业集群发展的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the construction of innovation network model of creative industry cluster,the paper puts forward innovation ability evaluation index system of creative industry cluster in China.Entropy method is applied to get the weight of indicators,and TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and linear weighted method are used to assess innovation ability of each network element and the comprehensive innovation ability.Based on the analysis of the evaluation results,policies and measures are proposed to improve the development of the creative industry cluster. |
