| 摘 要： | 有关集群理论的研究文献深入分析了小企业集群在市场竞争中表现出的强大的竞争优势和独特的创新能力,然而遗憾的是,集群经济并没有改变小企业自主创新能力不足的问题,反而进一步降低了小企业自主创新的动机,最终形成小企业集群自主创新能力不足的路径依赖。运用新制度经济学的路径依赖理论分析小企业集群自主创新能力不足的主要成因,并提出解决的思路。

| Abstract: | Research literatures of clusters analyze the advantages of its competence and innovation, but cluster cant improve itself-innovation competence and affects its self-innovation impetus. In contrast, it falls into deficiency of self - innovation competence. This article analyzes the reasons and puts forward some countermeasures. |
