| 摘 要： | 中国已经加入世贸组织,中国经济将与世界接轨。中国政府提出“抓大、放小”方针,即将出台一系列扶持中小企业的政策措施。然而,如何界定中小企业却一直没有定论。本文针对此问题,分析总结了国内外的经验教训,提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | Chinese economy will connect with that of the world since China has entered into WTO.The government makes a new policy of″managing well the large enterprises,making let small enterprises develop by themselves″,and will formulate a series of policies to support the small and medium-sized enterprises.However there has no absolute opinion on how to define the small and medium-sized enterprises.At this point,the author analyzes many experiences and lessons home and abroad,and puts forward some suggestions. |
