| 摘 要： | 以制度经济学和转轨经济学为理论基础,分析制度变化对中国地区服务业差异的影响。利用地级及以上城市发展数据,建立制度和政策对中国各地区服务业发展的影响模型。实证分析发现:市场化、政府行为方式的转变是中国各地区服务业增长的重要政策因素;对外开放对服务业发展有影响作用,但其作用的发挥需要一定的人力资本门槛。各制度变量并不仅仅独立地影响增长,还通过影响其它制度变量对服务业发展的作用而影响地区服务业的发展。

| Abstract: | Based on neo-institutional theory and economics of transition,the paper analyzes how institution changes impact disparity of regional services.Using the data of cities service development,the paper designs a model which tells how institution and policy effect the development of regional services in China.The result shows that marketlization and transition of government dealing are the important factors of growth of regional services in China.Opening to the outside world also has effect on development of services in virtue of human capital.Institutional factors don't influence the growth separately;instead,they have joint influence. |
