| 摘 要： | 分别从经理主义理论、战略管理理论、经理感知理论与企业契约理论四种理论视角回顾了公司治理中的经理自主权研究历程,综述了研究文献中经理自主权的影响因素,阐述了研究文献中经理自主权对经理报酬、公司绩效、多元化战略变革等组织现象的影响效应及影响机理。最后展望了我国经理自主权研究的前景,并指出经理自主权效应研究对我国国企改革的实际借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The paper reviews the research process on managerial discretion from the four theoretical views of the managerial capitalist theory,the strategy management theory,managerial perception theory,and corporate contract theory.It also studies the effect and mechanism of managerial discretion on some organizational issues.Finally,the practical effect on the reform of SOEs in China of the research on managerial discretion is indicated. |
