| 摘 要： | 国际经济和政治发展的不平衡、全球人口持续膨胀、功利主义和现代消费主义的观念,以及科技应用的负效应是导致环境保护困境的重要因素。改善国际经济贸易关系、加强环境保护的宣传教育、增强全球人口控制意识、建立国际间对科学技术研究的道德约束和监督机制是走出困境的重要出路。

| Abstract: | The developing disequilibrium of international economy and politics,the continuous expansion of world population,the concept of utilitarianism and contemporary consumption doctrine,and the minus effect of science and technology application are the key factors that cause the environmental protection predicament.The improvement of the trade relationship of the international economy,strengthening propaganda and education of the environmental protection,strengthening population control consciousness in the whole world and establishing international moral restriction and supervision mechanism to adjust science and technology researches are the way out for the environmental protection. |
