| 摘 要： | 采用专家评价法分别判别了三个集群中的龙头企业,用单因素方差分析方法对其行为进行了比较研究,结果显示各集群中龙头企业行为基本没有显著差异。在此基础上,采用因子分析方法提炼出三个集群中龙头企业的四类行为:组织基础设施建设、企业合作、技术努力和集群声誉建立。最后对实证研究的结论进行了讨论并提出研究展望。

| Abstract: | This paper conducts a questionnaire survey in three traditional manufacturing clusters in Zhejiang Province.Expert evaluation method has been used to distinguish leading firms of three clusters,followed by a comparative study on actions of those leading firms by ANOVA.The results show that no significant difference is found.And then,four types of leading firms' actions are abstracted,which are infrastructure construction,corporate cooperation,technology efforts and the establishment of reputation.The discussion is presented in the end. |
