| 摘 要： | 通过对前人研究成果进行回顾和总结,发现动态能力战略对绩效有积极影响以及环境动态性是影响动态能力与绩效关系的一个重要变量,并且运用来自中国企业的调研数据,利用基于偏最小二乘法(Partial Least Square)的结构方程模型(SEM)验证了动态能力战略对组织绩效的积极影响以及环境动荡性在动态能力战略与绩效间关系中的调节效应。

| Abstract: | Based on previous studies, this paper makes all explorative study of the relationship between dynamic capabilities and performance. Then the moderating effects of environmental dynamism on the relationship between dynamic capabilities and performance of the organization is discussed and examined empirically by developing structural equation models using partial least squares method with evidence from Chinese's firms. |
