| 摘 要： | 基于消费者行为理论,研究4种不同区域类型低碳消费行为模式和应当采取的引导策略。研究表明:关注区域具有低碳区域高碳消费的行为特征,引导策略应从思想教育和行为能力两方面进行;困难区域正经历由高碳向低碳消费行为模式的转变,引导策略应由政府引路、企业主导、消费者参与;挑战区域消费者低碳行为的不确定性,需要从政策、法律和社会风气方面引导;理想区域已走向低碳消费,要从低碳产品供给和低碳文化建设方面给予固化。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on the consumer behavior theory,studies on the behavior patterns and guide strategies of low-carbon economic consumption in four different regional types.The result shows that interest region is a low carbon area with high-carbon consumption character,so the guide strategy should pay attention to thought education and behavior ability.The strategy in difficult region should let the government guide,let the enterprises lead and let the consumers participate,because it is a region changing form low-carbon consumption to low-carbon consumption behavior pattern.The low-carbon consume behavior in challenge region is uncertainty;it should be guided by policy,law and social morality.Now that the ideal region has already been low-carbon consuming,it should be strengthened by low-carbon product supply and low-carbon culture construction. |
