| 摘 要： | 财务管理发展与创新的动力来自财务管理环境的变迁。加入WTO将会对财务管理的环境产生重大影响,我国企业财务管理如何从战略思想、人员、组织和手段等方面采取积极的应对措施,以适应这种环境的变迁,提高我国财务管理的国际化水平,从而增强我国企业的国际竞争能力,这是我们目前财务管理所面临的问题。本文对此进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The motive force of the development and innovation of financial management derives from the change of the environment of financial management.China's entry into WTO has great influence on the environment of financial management.In the paper,the authors discuss about the problems which Chinese enterprises are confronted with,such as how to take positive measures from the aspects of strategy,personnel,organization and means in order to adapt to the change of environment,thus the internationalization level of financial management in China can be upgraded and the enterprises in our country can become more competitive internationally. |
