| 摘 要： | 产业组织的循序渐进与科技进步之间存在着内部联系,产业群是一种合理的产业组织形式。高新技术的应用提高了各产业技术之间的互相依赖性,要求处于不同技术层的企业和不同产业的企业,以某种形式联合起来,互为技术来源和技术应用对象,共同协作,形成适应技术综合发展的再生产体系。产业群技术创新是培育产业群核心能力的要求,是产业群分层竞争的结果,是价值链取向的必然要求,有助于提高企业的专业化水平和整体技术创新能力。

| Abstract: | There are internal connections between the scientific&technological progress and the advance of the industrial structure.Industrial cluster is a kind of rational organizational form of industrial structure.The application of the high technology has improved the mutual dependence among the technologies of all the industry.Enterprises in different technology levels and in different industries will unite together and interact as the technological source and technical application target,cooperate one another and form the reproduction system that adapt to technology comprehensive development.The industrial cluster is the requirement to foster the core competence and the result of hierarchical competition.It is the inevitable request for the value chain.It helps to raise the level of specialization and overall technological innovation competence. |
