| 摘 要： | 作为创新理论研究的一个新兴分支,国外服务创新的研究始于1980年代中期,国内服务创新研究自21世纪初开始。服务创新研究经历了三个阶段:源于技术创新范式的起步阶段;源于服务业自身特性的发展阶段;源于"产品-服务融合"背景的综合阶段。对国内外二十年服务创新研究的回顾表明,服务创新研究具有开放性、继承性的特点,服务业创新研究将在很大程度上丰富和发展传统技术创新研究的范畴。

| Abstract: | As a new branch of innovation theory study,foreign researches on service innovation start in the 1980's,while Chinese researches from the 21st century.Three research periods have passed: starting period based on technology innovation,developing period based on service industry characteristics;synthetic period based on the combination of product and service.This paper shows that service innovation research has the characteristics of openness and succession,and it will enrich and develop the study on traditional technology innovation to a large extent. |
