| 摘 要： | 产业集群作为中小企业创新与创业的平台,在区域经济发展中起到了重要的作用。以浙江为例,产业集群的工业总产值占全省的60%,成为浙江经济的一个重要亮点。然而,产业集群遵循生命周期规律,为了更明确地把握产业集群发展的内在规律,了解产业集群发展的阶段性特征,从产业集群发展阶段的判断指标入手,划分产业集群为孕育、快速成长、成熟、衰退四个阶段,并对各个阶段的期限影响因素作了分析。

| Abstract: | As an innovation and start-up platform of SMEs,industrial cluster becomes more and more important in national economy.Take Zhejiang province for instance,more than 60% of the production value is made by industrial cluster.Industrial cluster follows the rule of life cycle.In order to better master the inherent rules of industrial cluster development,and better understand the phasic characteristics of industrial cluster development,this paper divides the whole cycle into four phases: Gestation Phase,Fast Growing Phase,Maturity Phase,Decline Phase,and analyzes the influencing factor in the process of phase conversion. |
