| Abstract: | In this paper, the necessity of the knowledge management is discussed firstly, the concept and the classification of the knowledge are then analyzed. Based on the classification of the tacit knowledge and the explicit knowledge, the process of the knowledge innovation is parsed. The measure and the process of the knowledge innovation are also put forward. |
