| 摘 要： | 对新服务开发(NSD)分类研究的文献进行梳理,结果表明学者们通常以NSD的概念为依据,以"服务风格新→服务过程新→服务内容新"为主线,采用定性方法对NSD进行分类研究。近30年来,学者们的研究思路并无实质性创新,导致现有成果已无法有效指导实践。考虑当今服务业中普遍存在的标准化与顾客化的矛盾及网络环境的特征,构建了一个广义的后续研究框架,该框架表明面向大规模定制的NSD是后续研究的核心问题,服务模块化是后续研究的理论基础。最后,依据此框架对未来研究机会进行了识别。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the literatures of NSD taxonomy.The result shows that NSD taxonomy studies are often based on NSD concepts and the stream of "new service style→new service process→new service content" with qualitative methods.There are no innovations of research frameworks in the past thirty years,which results in low practical significances.The contradiction between standardization and individuation and its impact on NSD are systematically analyzed.A prospective research framework in general is constructed according to the characters of network environment.The framework points out that the core issue of prospective research is NSD for to mass customization with the basic theory of service modularity.Finally,future opportunities of NSD taxonomy studies are identified. |
