| Abstract: | As the primary productivity, science and technology have made and are making great contributions on the economic growth and social development. The effects of science and technology progress on the microeconomic and macroeconomic fields are examined from the perspective of economics, and there is also a detailed demonstration about the negative and positive externality. Science and technology progress can and should prompt the sustainable development of economic, social benifits and zoological balance. |
