| 摘 要： | 文章分析了企业资源计划(ERP)的发展过程,指出企业知识资源是提高现代企业的核心竞争力的核心资源。由此提出企业知识资源计划(KRP)的概念,并讨论了企业KRP的实施将会给企业带来全面提升。作为KRP应用的一个实例,对其在企业业务过程管理中的应用进行了分析和研究。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the development of KPP,indicating that knowledge resource is the core resource of improving the core competence of enterprises.Then it puts forward the concept of KPR,and discusses how the implementation of KPR can enhance the enterprises in all aspects.An example of KPR application has been studies in the business process management. |
