| 摘 要： | 随着经营环境的变化,企业经营日感艰难。经过理论界和实践界的探索,找到了核心能力这一制胜秘诀。加入WTO后,与国外企业展开全面竞争已不可避免。构建和管理我国企业的核心能力势在必行。我们应理解什么是核心能力及其特征和作用,认识我国企业的现实竞争能力。在了解自我的基础上,找到构建和管理核心能力的切实可行的方法与措施。

| Abstract: | With the changes of business environment,it is becoming more and more difficult to run an enterprise.Under going a long process of exploration,theoretical and practical circles have foun d out a secret of success---core competence.After China's entry into WTO, a full-scale competition with foreign enterprises is unavoidable.Therefore,it is imperative to establish and manage core competence of Chinese enterprises.W e must understand what core competence is,what role it plays,what characteris tics it has,and realize the core competence of Chinese enterprises.On the basi s of knowing ourselves,we can find out the feasible ways and measures of esta blishing and managing core competence. |
