| 摘 要： | 探讨了技术创新、知识产权保护的相互作用机制及在企业集群中两者的相互作用对集群竞争力的影响,并结合温州打火机集群的发展历程加以证实。研究表明:以行业维权和专利为主的知识产权保护与各种创新在推动集群从初期发展到进入国际竞争舞台全过程中发挥了至关重要的作用。在集群企业未来发展及在与国际大企业的竞争中,要重视技术提升与知识产权战略并举。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the reciprocity of technical innovation and intellectual property protection as well as their effects on cluster competitiveness,and then testifies with the course of the lighter enterprises cluster in Wenzhou.The study indicates that intellectual property protection including industry rights protection and patent,as well as kinds of innovation of the industry,contribute most to the cluster development from the initial development stage to the international competition.In the competition with international leading firms,our cluster enterprises should advance technology and use intellectual property strategy. |
