| 摘 要： | 资本结构是资本供方和企业之间达成均衡的体现。资本供应是企业资本结构形成中不应忽略的另一方。由于信息不对称、制度等因素的影响,企业资本交易中形成了资本供应约束。资本供应约束普遍存在,导致现实中的企业只能形成次优的资本结构。

| Abstract: | Capital structure is equilibrium between suppliers and enterprises of enterprises capital.As one of the most important factor,supply of capital should not be ignored.For the influences of the factors like information asymmetry, institutions,and so on.Supply Restrict comes into being in enterprise capital deals.Capital Supply Restrict exists in a common and under the condition of capital supply restrict,in the real world enterprises can only achieve hypo-optimal capital structure. |
