| 摘 要： | 由于人类对流域资源和环境的不当开发利用行为,流域生态系统遭到了破坏。实施流域生态系统的预警管理可以实现流域的超前管理,防止生态系统的逆化演替。运用管理学和预警科学的基本理论和方法,依据反馈控制原理,构建了流域生态系统预警管理的基本框架,从而实现其独特的警报、纠错和免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Watershed ecosystem is destroyed because human being develop and utilize the resources and environment inappropriately. Early-warning management can realize the advanced management and prevent ecosystem from degenerating. Based on management and early-warning theory, this paper establishes the basic frame of early-warning management of watershed ecosystem to realize its special function of alerting, correcting the adversity and immunity. |
