摘    要:采用平衡计分卡方法对ERP系统实施绩效进行战略驱动,可避免ERP系统功能范围不确定产生的障碍。通过财务、客户、内部经营过程、学习和成长指标与Zuboff的自动控制、信息化程度、事务转换整合为企业ERP计分卡,可形成完整有效的管理新平台,个案分析印证了其可操作性。

Abstract:The authors adopted Balanced Scorecard approach for strategic drive to the implementation performance of ERP system,and avoided obstacle appearance due to uncertain factors of ERP system function.By integrating learning and growth,business process,the customer,the financial perspective,Zuboff's automation,informationalization into ERP scorecard,we can form a more complete,more effective new platform in enterprise management through BSC and the ERP system integration. A case analysis proves the feasibility.
