| 摘 要： | 通过理论分析和实证研究发现,决策行为是创业团队结构影响决策质量的一个重要的中间变量。研究结论还表明,完美的角色结构、完善的技能结构和合理的权力结构能够促进决策行为的科学化以及决策质量的改善;科学的决策行为是提高创业团队决策质量的一个关键因素。
