| 摘 要： | 随着我国现有的公用事业供给机制特别是投融资体制改革的不断深化,作为国际通行并最具代表性的BOT、TOT、PPP等项目融资模式已开始逐步引入国内。因此,如何把这三种模式与我国公共事业建设的特点有机地加以契合,从而给出行之有效的项目融资的选择路径,是本文的主旨所在。

| Abstract: | With the continuous progress made in the supply mechanism of public utility in China especially the system of investing and financing, the prevalent project financing models such as BOT, TOT and PPP have been introduced to China. This paper illuminates how to match the three models with the construction of public utility in China. The effective project financing measures are suggested in the end. |
