摘    要:多点竞争是指企业在多个市场间的竞争互动,是企业动态竞争的重要形式。相互克制是多点竞争的重要竞争策略;多点竞争对公司绩效和市场竞争产生影响;影响多点竞争的因素主要有公司内部的合作协调机制、资源的相似度和公司规模以及相对市场重要性、市场密度等。多点竞争中的相互克制有助于企业采取有效的竞争行动,避免恶性竞争。

Research on Multipoint Competition Theory Viewed from Dynamic Competition
Abstract:Multipoint competition refers to companies' competitive interaction in multi-market.It is an important form of dynamic competition.Mutual forbearance is the key competition tactic.Multipoint competition impacts on corporate performance and market competition.There are five key factors which impact on multipoint competition,namely cooperation and coordination mechanism within the company,similarity of resources,company size,the importance related to the market,and market density.Mutual forbearance helps companies to take competition action effectively to avoid vicious competition.
