| 摘 要： | 信息技术的迅猛发展及其应用的先导性和渗透性使我国信息化进程步伐加快，过程工业信息化呈现出必然趋势。以过程工业信息化为背景研究其组织模式重构的动因、思维及其趋势。同时，基于一种逻辑构架提出了适应信息化时代的过程工业企业的新型组织模式—核心功能型组织模式，并进一步研究了核心功能型组织模式的形成与特征。

The lnformational Activities of Process lndustry and Restructuring of Organizational Model |

| Abstract: | ： The rapid development of information technology and its leading and penetrating application advance the industrial informational activities of our country， and make the informational activities of process industry to be an inexorable trend． Based on the background of informational activities of process industry， this paper studies the reasons， thoughts and tendency of restructuring of organizational model． At the same time， it puts forward a new type of organization model－－－core function type of organization model based on a logic framework， and further studies formation and characteristics of core function type of organization mode． |
