企业家任期与企业绩效的关系理论综述

摘    要:系统回顾了企业家任期与企业绩效关系研究的相关文献,分析了企业家任期与企业绩效的直接关系理论,概括出直接关系之经典模型的理论要旨、时点分布和成因。以企业—环境匹配程度、企业家变革态度和TMT风险倾向等为中间变量,总结出企业家任期—企业绩效间接关系的理论内涵,指出现有研究在理论和实证上的局限性,提出企业家任期与企业绩效关系的未来研究方向。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the relationship between entrepreneur tenure and firm performance after reviewing the literatures comprehensively.It generalizes theory gist,time distribution and reasons about the classic relationship model which describes a direct relationship between entrepreneur tenure and firm performance.Then it summarizes the theory meaning for the indirect relationship that includes three main mediators,namely firm-environment fit,entrepreneurs' attitude toward change and TMT risk taking propensity.At last it points out academic and practical limitation for the extant research before putting forward research direction for the relationship between entrepreneur tenure and firm performance.
