| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是新一代领导集体从全面建设小康角度出发,坚持以人为本,强调经济、政治、社会和生态全面协调的全新发展战略和指导思想;是在我国经济建设取得举世瞩目的巨大成绩背景下,保持清醒头脑的盛世危言;其实质是提倡人性光辉的释放和自然秩序的和谐统一,对政府的角度职能和执政观念进行了再界定。

Based on the background of great achievements and especially the great development of economy in China, the government leaders keep clear mind, pursue the liberate of humanness and return to the order of the nature, and rethink the role and function of the government. |
