顾客价值驱动要素剖析

摘    要:在回顾相关理论的基础上,提出了一种顾客价值定义,重点分析了顾客价值的主驱动要素和相应的亚驱动要素。并对顾客感知价值要素和顾客感知成本要素的对应关系进行了讨论。
