| 摘 要： | 本文认为制约西部大开发的一个因素是资金的短缺，加快西部开发需要积极引进、合理利用外资，西部地区的一些不足影响了本地区吸引外资的规模和效率。在吸引和利用外资中，应根据西部实际情况，做好战略选择，即着重于改善投资软环境，合理运用吸引外资的方式，并将外资投向合理的产业和地区。

The Strategic Choice of Foreign lnvestment lnducement and Utilization in West China |

| Abstract: | ： A key factor that hinders the great western development is the lack of capital． To speed up the development in west China， it is necessary to actively introduce and reasonably utilize foreign capital． The disadvantages of west China negatively affect the scale and efficiency of its foreign investment inducement． While introducing and utilizing foreign capital， we should make a good strategy choice according to the real situation in west China： focusing on the improvement of investment soft environment； reasonably using the ways of foreign investment inducement； allocating foreign capital to the proper industry and region． |
