| Abstract: | The authors set up two game models of corruption and anti - corruption, which are more particular and integrated, by introducing the factor of morality between seeking - rent persons and government, civil servant and government from the perspective of government supervision. The conclusion is drawn by game analysis and policy suggestions are made. |
