企业领导愿景的内容和结构研究

摘    要:企业的发展越来越取决于领导者是否能提出战略性愿景,研究发现企业领导愿景包括“目标导向、战略规划、前瞻适应和风险承担”四个维度,并可以通过“未来挑战性”和“目标期望性”评价其效能。领导愿景的关注焦点以内部为主、内容以“竞争成长性”为主。目前国内多数企业处在愿景管理的初级阶段,重视并加强愿景管理是企业获得可持续发展的必然选择。

Abstract:The sustainable development of companies is relying more on the leader's vision. The paper shows that the leader's vision consists of four dimensions: aim orientation, strategic plan, future oriented and risky taking. The validity of the vision could be tested through “future challenging and target expectation”. The leader's vision should focus on its inside, and its content should be growing competitiveness. Currently, many companies just stay in the fairly lower level of vision management. Strengthening on vision management is quite necessary for the sustainable development of company.
