| Abstract: | This paper is to propose an original approach for the process synergy management of construction project.The approach is based on the QFD,and fuzzy logic is also adopted to deal with the ill-defined nature of the qualitative linguistic judgments required in the proposed house of quality(HOQ).Specifically,the paper addresses the issue of how to deploy the HOQ to effectively and efficiently improve construction project development processes and thus customer satisfaction. |
