| 摘 要： | 针对伙伴向联盟投入互补性资源的竞合关系,提出了反映联盟中资源类型、合作风险以及合作结构模式选择偏好三者间关系的概念模型,通过理论分析形成了研究假设,并借助实证调研数据对假设进行了检验,最终得到了该类型联盟中结构模式选择的决策机制。研究结果表明,在以资源互补为主要特征的竞合关系中,相对于资源,合作风险对联盟结构选择偏好的决定作用更为显著。

| Abstract: | Aiming at co-opetition in complementary resources invested by alliance competitors,this paper proposes a concept model reflecting the relationship among resource type,cooperative risk and the structure preference.Based on theoretical study,it puts forward hypothesis and tests it by survey data.It finds out the decision mechanism on mode choice of the alliance.These results show that the cooperative risks play more significant role in the alliance structure preference compared with resource in co-opetition. |
