| 摘 要： | 创新成为企业谋求发展的关键,伴随技术更新速度的加快、市场竞争的加剧,R&D联盟成为企业降低成本、提高创新效率、分担风险、提升创新能力的战略选择。不同模式的R&D联盟具有不同的特征,科学分析、确定不同模式R&D联盟的适用条件及关键创新资源,对企业选择合适的联盟模式、有效确定联盟重点管理资源,以实现R&D联盟可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Innovation becomes the key for enterprise's development, and with the acceleration of technology upgrading and fiercer market competition, R&D alliance becomes the strategic choice for enterprise to lower cost, increase innovating efficiency and share risk as well as enhancing innovating competence. Different mode R&D alliance has different characteristic, scientifically analyzing and ascertaining applicable condition and key innovation resources of different mode R&D alliance has great significance for enterprise selecting suitable alliance mode and effectively ascertaining alliance key managing resources in order to realize R&D alliance sustainable development. |
