| 摘 要： | 首先分析了在双寡头零售市场上,两个强势零售商的欺压或不欺压供应商策略的选择;而后分别分析了在强势零售商存在的供应链中,供应商从零售商渠道转向直销渠道或双渠道销售模式的条件,从而为供应链中成员的策略选择提供了科学的指导。

| Abstract: | The research first analyzes the retailer's strategy choice on squeezing or not squeezing the supplier's profit in duopoly retailer market. It then analyzes the condition that the supplier transfers from the retailer distribution channel to the direct channel or dual channel distribution in the retailer dominated supply chain,providing guidance for the supply chain members. |
