| 摘 要： | 以知识链组织之间冲突动因和冲突存在形式作为准则层,构建冲突水平层次结构模型;并对变量界定和测度指标进行了详细说明,使用模糊综合评价法对知识链组织之间的冲突水平进行评价;为知识链组织之间的冲突管理提供了一种新的研究方法。通过实例计算,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

| Abstract: | This paper sets up a conflict hierarchy model based on the causation and the form of the conflict among organizations in knowledge chain(KC),and introduces variable defining and measuring indicators.By fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,it evaluates the conflict among organizations in KC,which creates a new method to study conflicts management among organizations in KC.A case calculation verifies feasibility and effectiveness of this method. |
