| 摘 要： | 国家重点工程建设中,作为供方的专用性电子元器件行业所面对的是处于垄断地位的买方,即买方垄断;供方竞争的逐利性、短期性和不稳定性等特征将可能引起产品供应无规律和无保障,进而影响国家重点工程的顺利实施;而双方垄断的谈判中可能因为买方主管追求自身利益导致对重点工程不利行为而造成效率低下。在此基础上提出国家重点工程专用性元器件行业适度竞争策略。

| Abstract: | In the state key construction projects,the special electronic components industries which are considered as suppliers facing the buyers which are at a monopoly position,so it is buyer monopoly.In the competition of the suppliers,the characteristics of chasing the profit,short-termed and instability will cause the supplying products irregular and no-guarantee,so these characteristics will influence the smooth implementation of the state key pro- jects.In the negotiation of bilateral monopoly,the buyer's supervisor may pursue self-interests;this behavior is unfavorable to the state key projects and then causing inefficiency.On this basis,this paper provides a moderate competition strategy in the state key projects for the special electronic components industries;this strategy not only improves efficiency but also supports the smooth implementation. |
