| 摘 要： | 研究了在随机市场需求下由制造商、分销商和零售商组成的三级供应链的协调问题。首先针对供应链系统的全局协调,得出了系统的最优订购决策;其次设计了一种RS-TT联合契约协调机制,即在三级供应链中的两个交易过程中分别采取收益共享契约机制和两部收费制契约机制,包括(w,φ,ψ)和(,ψw,φ)两种形式,证明了通过制定合理的契约参数能够实现三级供应链系统的协调。通过契约参数的合理选择可以实现各企业的双赢,从而有助于改善企业在供应链中的行为决策能力和市场竞争能力,在合理的范围内契约参数的大小与企业的讨价还价能力有关;最后通过算例验证了RS-TT联合契约机制的有效性。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the coordination of a three-level supply chain made up of manufacturer,distributor and retailer under the random demand.Firstly,the optimal order quantity is determined with the channel coordination the supply chain;then the paper designs a combined contract(Revenue-sharing and Two-part Tariff contract,RS-TT),namely,it takes revenue sharing contract and two-part tariff contract in the two transactions of the three-level supply chain to coordinate the supply chain,including two forms:(w,φ,ψ)and(τ,T,ψ).It validates that RS-TT contracts can coordinate the three-level supply chain by choosing reasonable parameters.The reasonable choice of parameters can attain the win-win good among all business members,which will help to improve the decision-making capacity and competitive ability of businesses involved in the supply chain,and the sizes of parameters in a reasonable range relate to the bargaining position of a business.Finally,the validity of the RS-TT contracts is illustrated by a numerical example. |
