| 摘 要： | 从技术价值、经济价值和社会效益三个维度,构建高技术产业R&D绩效评价指标体系,运用两阶段DEA模型,对我国30个省、市、自治区的高技术产业R&D绩效进行评价;将评价效率值作为因变量,运用多元统计法分析影响综合效率值的主要因素。评价结果显示,高技术产业R&D绩效存在着一定的地区差异。

Research on R&D Performance Evaluation of High-Tech Industries Based on Two-stage DEA |

| Abstract: | This paper sets up an evaluation index system of R&D performance of high-tech industries from the perspective of technology value,economical value and social benefit.It employs two-stage DEA model comprehensively to evaluate the high-tech industries' R&D performance in 30 provinces,take the efficiency as dependent variable,and use multivariate statistics to analyze the primary factor influencing synthesis efficiency.The results show that there are some regional differences between high-tech industries' R&D performances. |
