| Abstract: | This paper reviews the Public-Private Partnership(PPP)literature from three aspects;then the authors point out that the reason for the differences among the definitions are that the domestic and foreign scholars haven't yet formed a unified understanding of the PPP;moreover the paper points out that it is essential to conduct research based on the contract characteristics of PPP. |
