| 摘 要： | 在对农村发展中生态环境问题辨析的基础上,分析农村生态环境问题的成因,并构建农村发展与生态环境保护相结合的农村生态环境管理模式,从转变农村生产模式、建立符合我国实际的、激励和约束相容的区域农村生态环境决策与管理体系等方面对农村生态环境管理进行创新。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to build a theoretical framework of rural eco-environmental management on the basis of rural eco-environment problem analysis.Then from the view of building the rural ecological environment management model,it sets up a set of practical rural eco-environment decision-making and management system and change the rural economic development mode to improve the rural ecological environment management. |
