| 摘 要： | 社区管理模式的合理选择与设计是实现社区管理目标、促进社区发展的重要条件。社区管理模式应该与社区的现状相适应,才能更好地发挥作用。依据社区管理的原则和目标,结合我国社区现状,提出了考察社区管理模式适应性的四个主要方面,并对其内涵进行了深入地探讨。

| Abstract: | The rational choice and design of community management mode is important condition to achieve management goal and to promote development of community.Only be suited to current situation can management mode give full play to function.In this paper,according to the principle and goal of community management,and in the light of current situation of China community,the authors put forward four mean respects to investigate on the adaptability of community's management mode,and probe into connotations of these four respects deeply. |
