| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的到来,高新技术的应用,倡导“人与技术、技术与环境”融洽的和谐的重要性、迫切性已越来越明显的表现出来,诸如:新技术革命的机遇,经济增长方式的转变等都对“人与技术、技术与环境”的融洽和谐提出了严峻的挑战,在一定意上说,“融洽和谐”问题不仅直接关系到一个国家和地区经济发展目标的实现,而且也影响到整个人类的未来前途和命运。因此我们对人与技术、技术与环境之间的内在联系与发展规律必须有一个清醒的认识。

| Abstract: | Along with the advent of knowledge economy and the application of high technology,it is more and more important and urgent to advocate the harmonious relations between human and technology,and between technology and environment.For example,the opportunity of the new technology revolution,the change of the economic growth mode,etc.severely challenges the harmonious relationship.In a sense,the problem“harmonious relationship”is not only directly related to the achievement of the development goal of economy in a country or within a region,but also affects the future and fate of the whole human being.Therefore,the internal relations and the development laws between human and technology,and between technology and environment must be cognized clearly. |
