| 摘 要： | 在威廉姆森的交易成本经济学和对治理结构解释分析的基础上,构建了企业战略联盟组织模式选择模型,并以某一机械制造企业为例,将相关数据代入模型,借助Matlap工具,得到该企业TCn+1的取值范围,在该范围内,企业将选择战略联盟组织模式。最后,在模型建立的基础上给出了企业战略联盟效率边界这一新概念。

| Abstract: | A new organizing model for enterprise alliance is developed based on Williams' transaction cost economics and its explanation to organizational governance structure.Through case study of a manufacturing firm using Matlap tool,it is demonstrated that the scope of value for TCn+1 can be derived.Firms can determine strategic organizational alliance using this scope of value.Its efficiency boundary is pointed out based on the model. |
