| 摘 要： | 在阐述价值网体系结构与商业模式的基础上,结合移动商务的商业模式特征的分析,给出了一种移动商务的价值网生态体系模型,刻画了其结构与组成,讨论了其协同模式和运营机制,并结合案例分析,给出了发展我国移动商务运营价值网生态体系的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Expatiating on the business mode of value nets,the features of the business model for Mobile Commerce(M-Commerce) are analyzed in this paper.A kind of ecological system model based on value net is presented for the M-Commerce,the systematic structure and constituent are described,and the collaborate mode and working mechanism are discussed.Finally,the authors summarize the countermeasure and propose to develop the value net based ecology system for our country's M-Commerce operators by practical case analysis. |
