| 摘 要： | 采用混合研究中的顺序性探究设计,首先运用扎根理论对访谈材料进行编码分析,构建出政府网站公众持续使用意向的理论框架;然后运用问卷调查法对理论框架进行定量分析.结果显示:心理感知、政府网站的外部环境、用户特征、政府网站的服务运营和政府观念共同影响政府网站持续使用意向,其中心理感知的影响作用最强.

| Abstract: | Adopting the sequential explore design of the mixed-method research, this paper analyzed the interview materials by the coding according to the grounded theory, and constructed the theoretical framework of public's continuous use intention of the government portals firstly.Then, it used the method of questionnaire survey to do the quantitative analysis.The result showed that: the psychological perception, the external environment of the government portal, user' characteristic, the service operation of the government portal and the government idea influenced the continuous use intention of the government portal.And the psychological perception had the strongest effect. |
