| 摘 要： | 运用2001～2013年我国29个省(市、自治区)的面板数据,对我国科技金融和科技创新进行测度,分别利用空间地理权重和空间经济权重下的空间杜宾计量模型(SDM),实证检验了我国科技金融能否促进区域科技创新和各地区科技创新能力是否受其他地区科技金融发展水平的影响.研究结果显示:各地区科技创新能力在空间上并非随机分布,而是呈现出明显的空间相关性,科技金融发展能够显著地提升区域科技创新能力;空间上的地理特征和社会经济特征对各省市区科技创新能力有显著正向作用,各地区科技创新能力受其地区科技金融发展水平的影响.

| Abstract: | Base on the panel data of 29 provinces from 2001 to 2013 in China,this paper measures the technology finance and technology innovation.Meanwhile,using Spatial Durbin Model(SDM)in the condition of spatial distance weights and spatial economic weight,it empirically tests whether technology finance could promote technology innovation,and whether the regional technology innovation is affected by the development of other provinces` technology finance.Results show that,the technology innovation in space is not randomly distributed,but has a significant spatial autocorrelation,and the development of technology finance can significantly improve the regional technological innovation ability.In the features of spatial geographical and social economic,technology finance has a significant positive effect on technology innovation,and the development of provinces` technology finance can influence the other provinces` technology innovation. |
