| 摘 要： | 采用分位数回归法,以TOPSIS评价方法为例,研究了学术期刊非线性评价中,不同级别期刊评价指标相对权重动态变化问题。发现随着学术期刊水平的提高,部分评价指标的相对权重不变,但也存在部分指标权重递增,部分指标权重递减问题。这增加了期刊评价者与期刊社关系的复杂性,对评价指标的选取与评价方法的应用都提出了较高的要求。

| Abstract: | This paper researches the change of different journals' evaluation indicator according to related weight in nonlinear evaluation with quantile regression method and TOPSIS method.It finds that with the improving of journal,some indicator's weight does not change while some increase or decrease,which increases the complexity of the relation between evaluator and journal and demands better indicator and evaluation method. |
