高绩效工作系统对企业绩效的作用机制研究:组织信任的中介作用

摘    要:高绩效工作系统与企业绩效之间的作用机制迄今为止仍是尚未解开的"黑箱",从组织信任的角度对此命题进行研究。实证分析的结果表明,高绩效工作系统对企业绩效具有正向影响,组织信任在某种程度上可以在高绩效工作系统与企业绩效之间起到中介作用,而利用式学习战略也对高绩效工作系统与组织信任之间的关系具有正向调节作用。
